SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping Across Canada over $199.
Products ship by ground within 2 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Typical shipping times within Canada is approximately 1 to 6 business days. Coming out of Kelowna B.C.
All prices in Canadian Dollars. Some exceptions apply outside of our couriers’ regular service areas and will be subject to shipping charges.

If you’ve provided an email address, you will be provided with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DAMAGE
Returns are accepted for purchase of new products within 30 days of receipt. Customer must have authorization to return goods, and item must be in its original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for shipping fees to and from their location for return. Returns are not accepted on demo boards, sales samples or used products. If a product is being returned after the 30 day grace period, a 12% restocking fee is required to accept the return and will be deducted from the purchase amount prior to a refund being issued.

Always inspect your product before signing. If the product arrives damaged, do not sign for it. Reject the package and have it returned to sender. If the product is signed for, the liability falls on the purchaser to file a claim with the shipping company.
